Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities / Towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays).

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link.
• Registered users can also track orders from the “My Orders” section.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999: Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49
• Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) or remote area deliveries, clearly shown at checkout.

Delayed / Failed Deliveries

We work with reliable courier partners, but delays can occur due to:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Customer not available at delivery address
• Natural disasters, strikes, or logistic issues
