Cancellation Policy


At Soshara, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple and transparent cancellation process for your convenience.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our support team at contact@soshara.com.

  • Please mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation in the email.
  • If the order is eligible, the cancellation will be processed within 24 hours and a confirmation will be sent to you.

Cancellation After Dispatch / In-Transit Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may choose to reject the package at the time of delivery. Once we receive the returned package, a refund (if applicable) will be initiated as per our return policy.

Refund on Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will simply be voided upon successful cancellation — no payment will be collected.

Made-to-Order / Customized Products

Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, as these are specifically tailored for you.

Please read the product description carefully before placing such orders.

Order Cancellation by Soshara

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Pricing or inventory errors
  • Payment failure or authorization issues
  • Address/pincode service not available
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified via email, and any payments made will be refunded promptly.
