Returns Policy

At Soshara, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process smooth and simple.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The item must be eligible for return (see Non-Returnable Items below).

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Innerwear & Socks
  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Accessories (like hairbands, clips, etc.)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the preferred item.

Refund Policy

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after receiving your bank details.
  • You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at contact@soshara.com with your Order ID, item details, and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange pickup if available in your area.
  • Pack the item securely and hand it over to the pickup agent.
  • Once we receive the returned product and it passes the quality check, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping

In most cases, return pickup is free for eligible orders.

For pin codes not serviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the item. In such cases, we will reimburse return shipping charges up to a certain limit (with valid proof of payment).

Damaged or Wrong Product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please email us at contact@soshara.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Order ID and issue description

We’ll arrange for a replacement or initiate a full refund at no extra cost to you.
